A twist on our very popular Nut Brittle. But this time we’ve added both ground almonds & almond slithers to our all-butter brittle and then, because you can’t get too much of good thing, topped it off with a layer of fine, smooth milk chocolate. Simply, nuttily sublime. Available in one of our signature, clip-top tins.
INGREDIENTS
(sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin; flavouring: natural vanilla), ground almonds (6%), sea salt, flavouring: madagascar bourbon vanilla bean paste. milk chocolate contain, cocoa solids 35% min, milk solids 20% min.
