Description
We start by carefully separating the peel from the orange before trimming just enough of the pith to ensure the right amount of bitter orangey-ness. Then we simmer them in a light syrup, to soften and add a balanced sweetness, before finally, coating them in a thick layer of creamy milk chocolate. A classic confection, that is so much greater than the sum of its parts.
INGREDIENTS
Orange peel (60%), milk chocolate (40%) (sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring: vanillin). Milk chocolate contains: cocoa solids 12% minimum, milk solids 9% minimum.
