A perfect example of the alchemy of chutney making at it’s finest. We slowly and very gently cook down ripe figs & sharp apples in dark brown sugar & mellow Modena balsamic vinegar, spiced with cinnamon. The result is a chutney that showcases the jammy, sweet uniqueness of figs, one of the greatest of all fruits. The perfect accompaniment to many cold meats and cheeses, although our particular favourites are Parma ham and a sharp Lancashire cheese.

Figs (26%/), apple, dark brown sugar, sugar, balsamic vinegar of Modena (6%) (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colour caramel (e150d), potassium metabisulfite (e224)), malt vinegar (from barley), red dry vine (2%), ground cinnamon, salt.
