Description
Having carefully separated the peel from the orange we then trim just enough of the pith to ensure the right amount of bitter orangey-ness. Then we simmer the peel in a light syrup, to soften and add a balanced sweetness, before coating them in a thick layer of rich, dark chocolate. A classic confection, that is so much greater than the sum of its parts.
