Mrs Darlington’s Ploughman’s Pickle No.7 is made in traditional open pans and packed with crunchy British veg, tart Bramley apples, and gentle spices. Originally created by Sarah Darlington for her farmer husband, Tim, it took seven attempts before he gave it his seal of approval, hence the name.
