Inspired by the success of our traditional, award-winning peppermint chocolates, our Heritage range is for those who prefer something a little darker. Enrobed in rich 70% dark chocolate, these foil-wrapped peppermint fondants make the most of the distinctively fresh flavour of our rare single-estate English peppermint oil, grown and distilled on our Hampshire farm.
Product ingredients
Fondant 63% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, Black Mitcham peppermint oil, invertase), plain chocolate 37% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulisfier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour). Contains cocoa solids 70% minimum.
